What are the best diet supplements to take on the market for women?
I have been taking QuickTrim for 3 months and have not seen any improvements to my overall appearance! Am I taking the right diet products?

QuickTrim only gave me moderate results over a 30 day period. I lost a total of 4 pounds and that is taking it on scheduale day and night. Now I am on a hunt for a new diet product, so if you come across anything let me know!

I can empathize with you on your never ending quest to lose weight. I have been trying to lose weight for over a year. Fortunately I cam across these diet supplements called TOTALLYTRIM.
Ordered the product in April of 2009, and by Juny of the same year I lost 36 pounds(My goal was 45pounds).
I took 1 capsule at around 9 or so in the morning(DRINK 2 GLASSES OF WATER BEFORE TAKING THE PRODUCT), then another capsule right before lunch. That was it.

Totallytrim is fantastic, it’s the best thing ever! I’ve only been taking it for over a week and I’m seeing a huge difference. You still have to eat healthy but the results that TotallyTrim gives you, will keep you motivated.

Running in intervals is is your best bet to losing the weight. I have never taken any supplements, and i think If you want to lose weight inspecific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, you will have to double up in those specific areas.
The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake to no more than 1300 calories
2. Run to lower your overall body fat percentage.
an excellent exercise, would be for you to lie flat on the floor, put your hands behind your head and do at least 20 sets of crunches 20 times each set. Only raise your head about a foot or so off the ground. Fall into a standard routine of doing that every day and you will notice improvement right away.
