<p>I have been taking QuickTrim for 3 months and have not seen any improvements to my overall appearance!  Am I taking the right diet products?</p>

<p>QuickTrim only gave me moderate results over a 30 day period.  I lost a total of 4 pounds and that is taking it on scheduale day and night. Now I am on a hunt for a new diet product, so if you come across anything let me know!</p>

<p>I can empathize with you on your never ending quest to lose weight.  I have been trying to lose weight for over a year. Fortunately I cam across these diet supplements called TOTALLYTRIM.</p>
<p>Ordered the product in April of 2009, and by Juny of the same year I lost 36 pounds(My goal was 45pounds).</p>
<p>I took 1 capsule at around 9 or so in the morning(DRINK 2 GLASSES OF WATER BEFORE TAKING THE PRODUCT), then another capsule right before lunch.  That was it.<br />
 I also put in like 4 or 5 hours of cardio a week and stayed away from any carbs past 6pm or so. I think the site I ordered from was www.trimdownsecret.com</p>
<p>Pounds have been creeping up since my daughters wedding, might have to order another month&#8217;s supply now that I think about it&#8230;lol</p>

<p>Totallytrim is fantastic, it&#8217;s the best thing ever! I&#8217;ve only been taking it for over a week and I&#8217;m seeing a huge difference. You still have to eat healthy but the results that TotallyTrim gives you, will keep you motivated.</p>

<p>Running in intervals is is your best bet to losing the weight.  I have never taken any supplements, and i think If you want to lose weight inspecific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are your problem areas, you will have to double up in those specific areas.</p>
<p>The best approach is this:</p>
<p>1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake to no more than 1300 calories<br />
2. Run to lower your overall body fat percentage.</p>
<p>an excellent exercise, would be for you to lie flat on the floor, put your hands behind your head and do at least 20 sets of crunches 20 times each set. Only raise your head about a foot or so off the ground.  Fall into a standard routine of doing that every day and you will notice improvement right away.</p>

<p>First, before taking any diet products, there are some tips that I can share based on my similar situation. The best tips to initiate at the beginning is to exercise regularly, eat and maintain a healthy diet, control your portion sizes and drink lots of water.</p>
<p>I balance the 3 steps of dieting, exercising, and taking the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight.</p>
<p>Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking my daily regiman of natural dietary supplements.  You can usually get a good deal with some free trial supplements on line.</p>

<li>ONLY Eat when you are hungry! because if you eat when you are full you are just stretching your stomach tissue and if you starve yourself that&#8217;s when you lose muscle.  Your body will expect you to keep starving yourself which slows down your metabolism.</li>
<li>Take your time: when you eat in a rush you will want to eat more before your body tells you enough.   If you eat slow you will have the time to realize you are full when you are actually full.</li>
<li>Stay away from the fried stuff.  When you absolutely have to eat out in a fast food restaurant, it is absolutely vital that you stay away from the sodas and the French fries.  Only eat the sandwiches/burgers, and no desserts.</li>
<li>Take walks at least 3-4 times a week/2 miles a day each time</li>
<li>Drink water: walks are a pretty easy exercise but it is still exercise and drinking water cleanses your body and if you drink a cup of water before every meal you won`t eat as much.</li>
<li>No artificial stuff: soda is horrible when your on a diet. Ironically, diet soda is even worse!  Diet soda is the exact opposite of what it sounds as it may have less calories but all the chemicals in it make up for that.</li>
<li>Abs exercises are essential when you are relaxing by the TV.  Also slow leg lifts help too.</li>
<li>Thyroid might be an issue!: If you do not lose any weight within 4 or 4 weeks then you might need some medical assistance as it might be a thyroid problem.</li>
