How do I get rid of extra weight?

“I have a few ongoing medical conditions that prevent me from exercising as much as I would like. In addition to my ongoing symptoms I take medication that makes me put on weight on a regular basis.

Recently, I have put on some extra weight and just wanting to get rid of it, as I have a wedding coming up in less than 2 months. I want to look my very best as I am part of the bridal party, but have tried cutting down on fatty foods and exercising more but nothing has been helping in my fight to shed this excess weight.

Want some real help – A product that actually works would be the best advice I can get right now!!

ANSWER:

First, before taking any diet products, there are some tips that I can share based on my similar situation. The best tips to initiate at the beginning is to exercise regularly, eat and maintain a healthy diet, control your portion sizes and drink lots of water.

I balance the 3 steps of dieting, exercising, and taking the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight.

Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking my daily regiman of natural dietary supplements.  You can usually get a good deal with some free trial supplements on line.

Will Lifting Weights help Build muscle tone and Help with Weight Loss?

It’s an awesome way to get started!

Just start small, and start with 5 lb dumbbells. Use them with at least 5 sets of lunges/25 reps each time.   you will see results within 7-8 days!

After 5lbs get too hard…go to 10 lbs weights.

5 lbs in each hand…you think it’s not too much…but it’s good ’til you get used to it.

This is the exact routine I followed to get myself in much better shape.  Do what I say, because this works.

How can I lose weight without losing any of my muscle mass or my strength?

There are several steps that make it very easy to lose a quick 13 pounds of fat, and in doing so will also make you stronger in the process:
  1. ONLY Eat when you are hungry! because if you eat when you are full you are just stretching your stomach tissue and if you starve yourself that’s when you lose muscle.  Your body will expect you to keep starving yourself which slows down your metabolism.
  2. Take your time: when you eat in a rush you will want to eat more before your body tells you enough.   If you eat slow you will have the time to realize you are full when you are actually full.
  3. Stay away from the fried stuff.  When you absolutely have to eat out in a fast food restaurant, it is absolutely vital that you stay away from the sodas and the French fries.  Only eat the sandwiches/burgers, and no desserts.
  4. Take walks at least 3-4 times a week/2 miles a day each time
  5. Drink water: walks are a pretty easy exercise but it is still exercise and drinking water cleanses your body and if you drink a cup of water before every meal you won`t eat as much.
  6. No artificial stuff: soda is horrible when your on a diet. Ironically, diet soda is even worse!  Diet soda is the exact opposite of what it sounds as it may have less calories but all the chemicals in it make up for that.
  7. Abs exercises are essential when you are relaxing by the TV.  Also slow leg lifts help too.
  8. Thyroid might be an issue!: If you do not lose any weight within 4 or 4 weeks then you might need some medical assistance as it might be a thyroid problem.
